Why should I speak to my Résumé Specialist? Can't you just take my information and revise it?
If you prefer, we can communicate exclusively via email. However, with most clients, we find that even a brief conversation or two regarding your experiences and needs can be beneficial to ensuring that your résumé is crafted to meet your needs and expectations. Unlike many other résumé companies, we offer a true one-on-one service . |

How long does the process take from beginning to end?
Once you sign up, you will receive an email asking you to schedule a meeting with your Résumé Specialist.
If you do not respond to this email, you will receive a follow-up telephone call to schedule this meeting. Upon confirming the meeting time and date, your Résumé Specialist will call you to clarify critical issues regarding your background, discuss key aspects of your résumé, and ensure that it is tailored to your needs. Within three business days of your meeting, your Résumé Specialist will send you a completed draft of your résumé. It's that simple!
At that point, if you'd like us to do additional tweaking to your résumé, you'll have seven days to examine the document and communicate any requests. |

What if I'm not satisfied with my résumé?
Unlike some other services which simply dump your information into a standardized template, we communicate and work with you one-on-one to ensure that your résumé is crafted to meet your specific needs. In fact, once we complete a draft, the process is "not" over. You have a chance to provide further feedback and additional tweaking. |

What if I don't know what to include in a résumé?
That's why you've chosen us. While we do consult with you to meet your needs, many clients aren't quite sure what those needs are. Therefore, one-on-one communications are not one-sided meetings where we ask you information. We also explain résumé strategy -- so that you understand exactly why we are crafting your résumé in a certain way. |
